Having spent years working in the private sector from 2003 onwards managing million-pound businesses and teams of up to 120 team members in various locations across the UK, I realised my passion and natural talent sat in people progression processes and development.

I started studying HR alongside managing a successful leisure & retail business in West Sussex. Twelve years on, I have worked in HR departments of varying business sectors supporting management teams, employees, and directors.

During covid-19 the employer I was working for was forced to restructure their business and due to this I found myself in unfamiliar territory being made redundant. I decided to use this opportunity to pool my network, experience and skills into starting up my own Human Resources consultancy and thus Seed-HR was born.

I love helping business owners create environments were their employee’s engagement and growth are nurtured, where they feel supported and have someone to turn to when the unexpected crops up.

I am determined to deliver effective HR solutions in the least complicated way possible, leaving you free to focus on what you do best.
